Features
This heavy-duty water cooling unit fits securely under the AMI 207 power supply. The AC-300CW operates in either a stand-alone mode or draws its AC power from the AMI 207. The pump motor can be controlled manually to function continuously, or can be synched to function automatically during welding sequences. The 3 gallon water tank, copper heat exchanger and high-output pump easily cools your weldheads even when attached to extension cables up to 100 feet long. A dual color LED illuminates the rotating vane flow meter indicating adequate flow. The microprocessor based AC-300CW adapts the Applied Cybernetics weldheads to the AMI power source and also adds features. The cooler enables a true stop function. When the stop button is pressed on the weldhead handle the AC true stop function is enabled. When stopped this way the weldhead will not jog or attempt to return home until cleared by the user. Another added feature is the home function. Homing the rotor is accomplished by the push of a dedicated home button, not a sequence start then a sequence stop. Diagnostics can be performed with the visual inspection of the alphanumeric LED light bar on the front panel. A locked storage area can neatly and securely hold weldhead accessories, personal tools and an AMI remote pendant.

Cooler shown with an AMI 207 Orbital Welding Power Supply. Can also be used with High Purity 207 or in completely stand-alone configuration with any welding power supply using the built-in external AC connection.
