Weldhead Adapter
for AMI 107
Weldhead adapter provides interfacing for
operation with the AMI 107 for the standard connections
of welding electrode, welding ground, arc gas, motor drive
and motor tachometer feedback. By connecting through the
remote pendant port, weldhead in-handle built-in controls
provide commands for weld sequence start, weld sequence
stop, momentary gas on, and motor jog.

Weldhead adapter provides interfacing for
operation with the AMI 207 for the standard connections
of welding electrode, welding ground, arc gas, motor drive
and motor tachometer feedback. By connecting through the
remote pendant port and the auxiliary port, weldhead in-handle
built-in controls provide commands for weld sequence start/stop
toggle, gas on/off toggle, motor jog forward/reverse toggle,
motor homing, and weld final slope. Diagnostic LED display
bar provides status of operations and conditions. If preferred,
use the AMI-supplied pendant by connecting it to the remote
port in place of the adapter connector.
