Features
The dual weldhead adapter enables the use of a single
power supply to control two separate weldheads. This high
production tool allows the user to fixture and purge a
part while the other channel is performing a weld operation.
The front panel has a power switch breaker that will allow
the power up of the complete system including cooler,
welding power supply, as well as the adapter.
The front panel has two gas gauges which illuminate green
to reveal the active weld channel and then change color
to red to denote a weld sequence has begun for that particular
channel. The third gas gauge is to regulate the ID purge
of the fixture part. With a push of the switch-over button
the idle channel then becomes the active one and is ready
for welding. The idle channel's jog and home functions
remain active facilitating tungsten changes and gap adjustments.
The AC-200WA is designed to clamp above the AC-150CW providing
a clean and secure solution in limited space environments.
The units can also sit side-by-side and under the welding
power supply (see example on AC-150cw Cooler Page).
