services can be provided on site or at factory. Repair
srevice covers weldheads, coolers, adapters, and power
supplies. Repair services also provide factory training
for customer personnel (go to Training).
Equipment upgrades are also provided bringing older
versions of equipment to current production standards. |
Contract
services for welding and fabrication of piece parts
are available at the factory for short and long runs.
Equipment used includes all models of in-house manufactured
equipment providing automatic logging and QC control
and tracking by part serial number. |
Applied
Cybernetics maintains a fleet of rental equipment
to fulfill short term and long term customer needs.
Applied Cybernetics can also tailor custom programs
for lease/option to buy packages and can provide leasing
through third party leasing companies. |
Tungsten
electrode preparation is performed with precision
diamond- coated grinding equipment closely controlling
tip geometry and electrode length per specifications
(go to chart). Tungsten
electrodes are manufactured from seriated tungsten
as standard and other material on request. Complete
stock is kept on all sizes covering all AC Weldheads.
